Hackney – Handmade Kitchen, Media Wall and Fitted Storage

This project in Hackney involved a range of bespoke joinery work across the property, including a handmade kitchen, custom media wall, fitted wardrobes and made-to-measure storage. Each section was built around the available space to improve storage, functionality and the overall finish of the rooms.

The handmade kitchen included custom cabinetry, drawers, shelving and storage units designed specifically for the layout of the property. Bespoke internal compartments were created to make everyday storage more practical, with each unit carefully manufactured and fitted to suit the surrounding walls, appliances and room dimensions.

We also constructed a custom media wall with a recessed section for the television, concealed cabling and low-level fitted drawers. Additional joinery included full-height fitted wardrobes with framed doors, internal hanging rails, shelves and drawer storage. Together, the work created a consistent bespoke finish across the kitchen, living areas and bedrooms.

Ylli is knowledgeable in just about every trade and has the contact in every trade. He rebuilt a knackered wall partition, painted, put down new flooring, built a boiler cabinet, built boxes for pipes, replaced rotten floor boards, electrical work, installed fire doors and did the rendering. He is such a nice guy that he even helped with odd jobs like break up furniture and take furniture out to the skip (not included in the job, added value. Others would either say no or charge). Very reliable, he turns up when he say he will, quality of work is excellent, gives ETA of completion and he is reasonable in price. Very little supervision was required from me. He gives that end to end solution and you don’t need to waste time in finding other tradesmen. I will definitely be hiring Ylli and his team again.
