Baker Street, Enfield – House Extension and Building Work
This project involved a full rear extension and front porch extension for a property on Baker Street in Enfield. Our team carried out all structural, brickwork, roofing and joinery work from start to finish. The rear of the house was opened up with steel supports installed to create a larger open plan layout. New brickwork was built to match the existing house, followed by a complete flat roof structure with joists, insulation and a high performance waterproof finish. Drainage, groundwork and pipework were renewed and adjusted to suit the new layout.
Inside the home, we prepared the space for upcoming kitchen and living room improvements, including wall removal, subfloor preparation and installation of underfloor heating pipes. We also completed bespoke joinery in the living room with fitted alcove units, shelving and a clean modern finish around the fireplace. The new porch structure at the front of the property was built in matching brickwork to improve both appearance and functionality. Together, the extension and interior works give the property more space, better layout and a stronger overall build.
