Herringbone Flooring and Full Kitchen Installation in Chelsea, London

This property in Chelsea underwent a complete upgrade to its main living and kitchen areas. Our team installed premium oak herringbone flooring throughout the ground floor, transforming the space with a warm and timeless look. Full subfloor preparation was carried out to ensure a stable, long-lasting finish, followed by careful laying, sanding and sealing of every board for a smooth, consistent result. Alongside the flooring, we fitted brand-new skirting, trims and detailed edge work around radiators, doors and window bays for a clean finish.

The project also included a full kitchen installation using modern cabinetry, new appliances and a smart layout that improves function and storage. We completed all required adjustments, plumbing, electrics and accurate measurements to align units perfectly with the new flooring and existing walls. From start to finish, this installation gives the home a fresh, quality appearance that will hold up to everyday use.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Highly recommend Ylli, he installed some bespoke shelving and cabinets on either side of our fireplace (quite challenging with wonky walls and sloped floor etc) and he did an amazing job. Not only that but he’s reliable, efficient and tidy - we’ll definitely be in touch again. Thank you!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Ylli and his team saved the day! I was struggling to get several tradesmen to do the job within a time frame. Ylli is knowledgeable in just about every trade and has the contact in every trade. He rebuilt a knackered wall partition, painted, put down new flooring, built a boiler cabinet, built boxes for pipes, replaced rotten floor boards, electrical work, installed fire doors and did the rendering. He is such a nice guy that he even helped with odd jobs like break up furniture and take furniture out to the skip (not included in the job, added value. Others would either say no or charge). Very reliable, he turns up when he say he will, quality of work is excellent, gives ETA of completion and he is reasonable in price. Very little supervision was required from me. He gives that end to end solution and you don’t need to waste time in finding other tradesmen. I will definitely be hiring Ylli and his team again.
